We are asked multiple times regarding healthy eating classes. Come and learn from Amy as she talks to us about healthy eating habits, health food tips and recipes. There is a saying that we believe to be true, you are what you eat. Another saying it that the body often times can heal itself if YOU provide the right conditions. Learn what foods help promote health and which ones should be avoided.
